Open the passenger app, sign in with your mobile number, choose pickup and destination, then review the available ride options and quoted fare before confirming. Public app access is listed on our Get the app page.
How is the fare calculated?
The service calculates your quote using the route and configured local tariff. Review the amount in the app before booking. The website does not estimate fares or promise a fixed price.
What is the ride PIN?
Your ride PIN is separate from your SMS sign-in code. Check the captain and vehicle at pickup, then share your ride PIN with that captain to start the trip. Never share your sign-in code.
Can I become a KashRide captain?
Start an application with your driver and vehicle details. Your identity, licence and vehicle documents must be reviewed before you can receive requests. Applying does not automatically approve your account.
Which payment methods can I use?
Use the payment methods shown for your booking. For cash rides, pay your captain at the end of the trip. Online payment options will appear when available.
Where is KashRide available?
Service coverage is being prepared for launch. The passenger app checks your pickup and destination against the configured service area and current captain availability. Scenic imagery on this site does not indicate an operating route.
